We will be holding our next session on 16th May, reverting to a 7:00pm start time, at our new venue, which is The British Legion, 135, High Street, Ventnor, PO38 1LZ. For those using public transport, Southern Vectis bus route 3 stops conveniently outside heading towards either Wroxall, Godshill and Newport, or Shanklin, Sandown, Brading and Ryde every 30 minutes. For those driving, you can still park in the central car park, from where the venue is a short walk from the east end of the car park in the Shanklin direction. The bar prices in the British Legion are considerably less than pub prices, so please give them your support so that hosting the club proves a positive step for them. They also sell crisps, and going forward, we may consider getting further food options laid on if people would support us in doing so.

We will be having our usual popular raffle with a nice hamper amongst the prizes, and the quiz to win a bottle of prosecco. The quiz subject this month is Cat Stevens (later adopting the name Yusuf Islam).
