Join us for a special evening of live music with Kate Harding, a rising star in the UK country scene. Originally from the Isle of Wight, Kate was recently shortlisted as Act of the Year in the Country category at the 2025 Portsmouth Music Awards — and now she’s back on the Island for an intimate performance. Kate will be sharing some of her latest country releases, along with a sneak peek at brand new material co-written with Americana singer-songwriter Jon Wheeler (aka WestingWay), who will also be performing a set of his original songs. Expect rich harmonies, heartfelt lyrics, and plenty of toe-tapping moments as the two join forces on stage. To celebrate their collaboration, Powder Monkey Brewery Co created a limited-edition West Coast Pale Ale named Shiny Things, after the first track Kate and Jon wrote together. A few of the last remaining 440ml cans are available exclusively in our gift shop - grab one before they’re gone! This will be one of the few chances to catch Kate live before she takes the stage at the legendary Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth next January. Don’t miss it.
